We get a lot of 5-star google reviews. We don't talk about it a lot, because, honestly, if you want to know how we're doing there, we know you'll go look. But we recently got one that touched us a lot. Our whole team pulled together for these guests, and it feels really nice to have been able to help.

Outstanding, personalized service, exceeding all expectations from Stanley Subaru! While vacationing in Maine my husband and I were in a horrific car accident that totaled our Forester. There were no rental cars available anywhere to get us back to Massachusetts. I called Stanley Subaru located approximately 30 minutes away, and asked if by any chance they could come pick us up and drive us to their dealership to look at cars. Within less than an hour, they picked us up! Given the current state of affairs, new car shortages due to COVID/chip shortages, we were so grateful that when we found nothing available on their lot to our liking, they took one of their "loaner cars" out of service to sell to us used. We bought another Forester; our other one's safety features likely saved our lives. Everyone at the dealership was awesome to deal with. No pressure to buy, easy, no hassle transaction.
