Here at Stanley Subaru we have donation collection boxes in our New Car Showroom, our Service Department, and across the street in our Used Car Center.
The Hancock County Food Drive is a collaborative effort of UMaine Cooperative Extension Hancock County, Washington Hancock Community Agency, Healthy Acadia, Maine Community Foundation, United Way of Eastern Maine and businesses, schools, community groups, churches and food pantries throughout the county.
Thanks to support from the Maine Community Foundation, United Way of Eastern Maine and private donors, each food item will be matched by $1 up to $12,000! All moneys raised will go to Hancock County food pantries and community meal sites. Cash donations are welcome. You can donate online by visiting www.unitedwayem.org or mail a check to United Way of Eastern Maine, 24 Springer Drive Suite 201 Bangor, ME 04401. (Put Hancock County Food Drive on the memo line.)
