Hi, I’m Dalaney, one of the newest additions to the Stanley Subaru family. My job here at the dealership is the rental and loaner car manager. When your vehicle is getting service with us, I’m the one you go to if you need a vehicle for appointments or just to run a few errands. I’m not new to the auto industry you may have seen me when you have gotten parts from retailers like AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts here in Ellsworth. The Stanley Subaru family has welcomed me with open arms and a has taught me a lot about the dealership side of the industry.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family on Beech Hill Pond in Otis. If you have ever been to Otis or Beech Hill you probably heard of my family, the Dunn Family. We usually are out on the lake either fishing, flying airplanes, or just having a great time enjoying the outdoors. When I’m not on the lake spending time with my many cousins I race my stock car at Speedway 95 up in Bangor. My dad introduced me to motorsports, and I’ve been racing myself for 8 seasons. In 2021 I placed 2nd in the Cage Runner Championship points.
This year we are putting a special scheme on the car to raise awareness for Lymphoma and try to find my cousin Danny a match for a stem cell transplant. Danny has been fighting a rare form of cutaneous (skin) lymphoma for many years. He has been put on an aggressive chemo regimen to prepare his body for the transplant.
