We're really happy to partner with the Grand for Share the Love. The Grand is an important part of the fabric of our community, and with the fabric stronger, we're stronger,” said Mark Politte, owner at Stanley Subaru. “We're just trying to do our part, and we're grateful to our guests for helping us make it possible.”
A cornerstone of the Subaru mission is supporting causes that are important to it as a company, its retailers and customers. That value is rarely more visible than during the annual Subaru Share the Love Event. Throughout the Subaru Share the Love Event, Subaru donates $250 for each new Subaru vehicle sold or leased to the customer’s choice of one of four national or participating retailers’ local charities.
Stanley Subaru guests choose whether to share that money across multiple charities, or choose one charity to receive the full $250 to go to their cause. The national recipients during Share the Love are Meals on Wheels, The National Park Foundation, Make-A-Wish, and the ASPCA. As part of Stanley Subaru's commitment to arts and culture in Down East Maine, The Grand in Ellsworth is Stanley Subaru's hometown charity.
The Grand Executive director Nick Turner says, "Stanley Subaru continues to show it's commitment to the community as a business and partner with the Grand to bring arts and education to Hancock County. This wonderful, generous contribution will help us expand our live theater offerings and opportunities for performing artists of all ages in 'Grand' ways."
