Rogier recently stopped in for service. After sharing with Mark some of his thoughts about how we can continue to improve our Stellar Care, he shared this with us (emphasis his):
I have service done at the Stanley Subaru becauseBonus reason: Stanley Subaru is a good corporate citizen that sponsors multiple community causes, from healthcare to the arts.
- They're experts, and stay up-to-date on all things Subaru;
- They're close-by;
- They know me, and treat me well, because I'm a repeat customer not just at their service department but because I buy/lease my cars there;
- I like having a complete service record at the local Subaru dealer, in part because that enhances the value of the car when it comes time to sell it or trade it in;
- I get free new tires for as long as I own the car and as long as I have it serviced there;
- The work I need done is relatively cheap or free — under warranty — because I don't tend to keep my cars for longer than three to four years anyway (possibly offsetting the benefit of point number 5);
- I can get a free loaner vehicle, usually an Outback, almost every time I bring my car in for service;
- Customers receive a free car wash after each service appointment;
- There's a expansive lounge with wifi, comfy seats, and good coffee if I have time to wait;
- There's a new express-service desk that provides virtually instant access to the recently-doubled number of bays; customers can now drive in without an appointment and get service as needed.
