We had routine testing done on the water quality in our well. We upgraded our well a little while ago, and wanted to check back in on how our water is doing. We sent it to the state for testing. We had it tested for everything, just everything. Lead, nitrates, bacteria, volatile organics, carbon, radon. You name it, we tested for it.

We are happy to say the state of Maine confirms that we have some of the best possible water you can drink! Not only was everything good and at acceptable levels, we had some of the best possible readings in almost every category! Which means not only is our water great, but whenever you have tea, coffee, or cocoa, you're getting some great quality brew!

We also have loads of great news from our service department! Chris Williams passed his final ASE in December and is officially Subaru Master Certified!

ASE stands for Automotive Service Excellence, and ASE testing is no joke. Testing is done in a secure facility where they check test-takers to make sure they have nothing on them. They even have to go through a metal detector. They're set in front of a computer with no reference material, and let loose. And as anyone who has a practical skill can tell you (whether that skill is working on cars, woodworking, or fishing), it's one thing to know it, and it's another thing to know it so well that you can sit in front of a screen and answer any question about it.

And congratulations to Nate Richardson! Nate has passed two of his ASE's so far, and he's got his eyes on being Subaru Master Certified. Many kudos to Chris and Nate!

All our service technicians are appreciated, and every single one of them is working hard to complete their Subaru web-based trainings to guarantee you nothing short of the best service you can get. A significant of the reason Subaru recognizes our dealership with the Stellar Care Award is the skill and training of our service technicians, and we are so proud to have the team we do.
