What Should Our Guests Know Prior to Purchasing a New Car?

1. Granted you will want to look at cars to see what you like, but you may be surprised at what you do end up liking.  It is important to have an idea of what you will use the car for and what features are important to you. Do you need something that is good on gas but also safe to drive in the snow? Do you have a growing family or travel frequently and require more seating or cargo space? Knowing these things beforehand will save you considerable time and streamline the process of finding you the right car.

2. Talk about these needs and wants with your sales consultant. We are here to help you find the vehicle that fulfills these needs and wants and also fits your budget. Letting us help you can save a lot of your valuable time and lessen frustration.

3. Do a little research into the dealerships you are thinking of visiting. Does the dealership have a good reputation? Do they have a good service department? Word of mouth is a great way to discover these things.  Ask around. Talk to your friends, co-workers, or neighbors to find out.

4. If you have narrowed your search to a few brands or models, research their safety ratings, reliability, and overall cost of ownership. You may save a buck or two by buying a certain vehicle, but a little research may save a lot of money, time, and frustration over the whole period of ownership.
