Stanley Subaru's New Years Resolutions
Like many at this time of year, Stanley Subaru has some new resolutions for 2012. The first resolution is to increase our digital presence and participate in conversations through various social media and other outlets. We are making an effort to reach out to our guests on Facebook, Twitter, via Email, and on our website through our new blog to engage in conversation, gather feedback on how we can improve, and let you know all the good news going on here at Stanley Subaru. We are moving forward with our plans to expand to digital outlets to inform our guests of exciting news, giveaways, specials, and community events. We will post all these in our e-newsletter, on our blog "The Stanley Subaru Scoop" on our website, and on our Facebook page.
Last month we posed a question about restricting cell phone use in public areas and generated a great deal of feedback both positive and negative about the idea. To conclude that conversation, Stanley Subaru is going to allow our guests to continue using their cell phones in our public areas provided they are considerate of others. We would like to thank you all for your input and we appreciate the comments and advice we received. Please feel free to send your comments and suggestions anytime to our Email Suggestion Box at: info@stanleysubaru.com
Our other new years resolution is to surprise and delight our guests every day. This is actually the vision for the company and we plan to explore new avenues to increase our guest satisfaction. Stanley Subaru's Mission is to consistently deliver outstanding sales and service performance to our guests and community that exceeds expectations. Stanley Subaru is committed to: 1. Outstanding Service for Our Guests by recognizing our guests as our number one priority in all that we say and do; 2. Employee Relations by earning high employee loyalty, motivation, and morale among our team; 3. Growth and Innovation by achieving managed growth with innovative approaches to the market through our employees, training, and technology; 4. Community Involvement by earning the highest recognition as a professional, highly ethical organization that contributes in a meaningful way to the quality of life in our community; 5. Profitability by earning a sufficient profit to insure our investment in future growth and to enable us to live up to each of our values; and 6. Productivity by consistently seeking a more productive way to serve our guests and manage our business in line with our mission.
We would like to thank all of our guests, friends, family and community members for your support and business in 2011 and look forward to surprising, delighting and growing with you in 2012. Happy New Year from all of us at Stanley Subaru!
Most of our employees don't make resolutions, or care to share the ones they have made. A few brave souls offered these resolutions:
"I will try to stay healthy this year by not letting Guy Dunbar near my desk when he has a cold. And also to stay away from elephants." Brian, Sales Consultant.
"I try to set small goals all year long instead of one big resolution. I want to get healthier this year and the way to do that is with small steps."--Sally, Title Clerk
"I WILL lose weight this year and get healthier. Last year I used the word 'try' and lost about 30 pounds. This year I'll use the word 'will' and get healthier and lose even more!" --Jeanne, Communications
And one final thought for the day:
Happy Reading and Have a Great Day!
